# Location Notes for Fallout

> Location Notes for Fallout (shown on the Home Screen as "Fallout Notes") is a free iPhone and iPad app from CrioSoft LLC. It's a personal field journal for Fallout 4, Fallout 76, Fallout: New Vegas and other open-world games. Players log locations, loot, bosses, traders, terminals and safes, attach screenshots, pin notes on a map, and ask questions about their own notes by text or voice.

- Apple Intelligence is optional. Search, voice questions, maps and checklists work without it. On supported devices it adds written answers, summaries, tag suggestions and entries filled in from screenshots.
- It's an independent, fan-made companion app. It is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by Bethesda Softworks, ZeniMax Media or Microsoft.
- It doesn't contain game maps, walkthroughs or loot databases. The user records their own finds.
